The latter is also a nongovernmental organization incorpora
-ted in the United States of America in the year 2001 with its Headquarters in downtown Manhattan, New York City.

The basic objective for formation of the organization was to speed up the application of information technology on the African continent. The main focus was on helping the
unfortunate children to have access to the knowledge.

Execution was found to be difficult as most of materials and decisions have to come from New York, we thus decided to establish a local organization, with most of the members from within the target area and know most of the needy children.

However as we were settling down to embark on the planned mission, came the national election process.

We thought that was the time for demonstrating the advantages of information technology and its ability to reach more people that it is with other communication ways.
